- Article 22
- New article: a creator can state their town and the distance they are willing to travel. It is optional, and can be changed or deleted at any time from their profile.
- A brand can reserve a campaign for creators near its establishment and require them to visit it; the video must then show the place.
- It can also offer consideration in kind (a meal, a service, a product, never alcohol), possibly from a number of views. This consideration is given directly by the brand, outside KRED, which is not a party to it and does not guarantee it.
- Travel is at the creator’s own expense and responsibility.

- Article 1
- You accept the Terms of Service once, when you create your account. Later versions apply as set out in Article 17.
- Article 6
- The minimum budget of a campaign goes from €500 to €100.
- Article 17
- Every change to the Terms of Service is announced to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
- Continuing to use KRED after that date counts as acceptance: you have nothing to do.
- If you do not agree, you can close your account free of charge, at any time, by writing to contact@trykred.com.
- Closing your account is free; the sums owed to you are paid out to you under the conditions set out in the Terms of Service.
- Article 21
- New article: a brand can offer a creator to buy a video submitted to one of its campaigns. The purchase is optional and does not replace CPM pay.
- The purchase goes through a rights grant addendum concluded between the brand and the creator, to which KRED is not a party. The price is net to the creator and credited to their Wallet when the video’s source file is uploaded.
- For this video only, the brand receives a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence, including for paid advertising and with the right to modify it. The creator remains the holder of their copyright and is free to use their video.
- KRED keeps the source file and hands it to the brand, including after the campaign has closed and after the creator’s account has been deleted, for as long as the rights grant remains in effect.
